A Brief Introduction To Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds and consist of washer-like rings with ball rolling raceway grooves. Due to the housing cushion shape of the ring, thrust ball bearings are divided into flat base cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, the bearings can accommodate axial loads, but not radial loads.
